Well, the tournament went VERY well today. We had 7 people including the Tournament Organizer, who I played in the first round. Due to time constraints and all of us just learning the game, we ended up not doing best 2 out of 3, and only 1 game per round. I won my first match, Roy vs. Ed, got trounced on my second match- Roy vs Alphonse (i didn't like the kid AT ALL, and I think he slipped other cards into his deck while on his bi the first round) and then won my 3rd, Roy vs. Lust.

I was very impressed with the Roy starter, so impressed that I came home and modded it, fixing some of the errors I noticed while playing it today.

I'm still missing my Lvl 3 Roy Mustang, but hopefully I'll have that before the next constructed tournament. Also, as I get more cards, certain allies will be replaced with better ones, and such.

I'm really happy I went 2-1, considering it's the first TCG tournament I've ever participated in that wasn't Pokemon, which I barely knew and got trounced in. Also, that's my first ever constructed deck, and I think it's pretty darn good!

Anywho, I got two nifty promo cards, but I still wanted the 2nd place Spoils of War card *tear* but hopefully I can get one later. I really wanted the FMA t-shirt too, but they sent my TO a 2XL as the prize... I was like "dood, that's a nightgown, thx" Oh well. Hopefully I can get good at this game and get to a championship game and get the nifty jacket they are giving out... it's so sweet....
