gimmick_gameWell this weekend was pretty good. Took the cat to the vet on friday and got her fixed, they called her the Demon Kitty since she made awful noises after her surgery. She's already back to normal. LOL
Went and saw the DaVinci Code today...very good movie, and honestly, if the church would adopt the ideas presented in it, I would be more apt to accept the church. I'm going to read the book now (I've been wanting to for a while, just haven't gotten it for some reason).
Going to Busch Gardens HR tomorrow about a job. Wish me luck! :D
Downloaded a TON of Arashi PV's on my lappy while at B's this weekend...god I love them!
Oh and the new w-inds. single, TRIAL, is out... :D They did a cover of Nothing at All by O-town, much better! There is also a track called "Back at One" and I need to listen to it (and the original I think it is) to see if it is the cover I'm thinking of.
That's all, I guess. School tomorrow, whee!

She arrived in America and had no problems with the churches here until my grandfather left her and 4 daughters to go with another woman. They never looked down on him for being adulterous, but looked down on her for not taking care of her husband, and when she really needed the church's help (she was taking care of 4 children by herself having hever been allowed by my grandpa to work or to learn to drive) they shuned her for being divorced.
All in all, I guess I'm just dissolusioned by a religion that totes equality and brother hood yet subjugates people who are not like them, who think a little differently than them.
I'm really looking into taking either a religious history or theory class next semester. The history of religion (if not the religion) has always facinated me.
And don't ever feel bad about asking me anything :D I'm open for discussion about anything :D
