Saw your message on my lj. I won't have internet after this right now until monday afternoon. Thank you very much for the help. You can join the club by logging on to oasis once you've finished doing your orientation (I believe they won't allow you to login until after, unless I'm wrong), and go to student organizations. Then you can select the club from the drop-down list. It's called Campus Cosplayers. As for the band project, it sounds good. I am just wondering if you have any other musical talent, whether or not you have experience dancing, and if you have sung in public before. I would also need to hear you sing. There is one other person I have been considering, so I have to make a decision. I haven't talked to her yet. We are badly in need of a bass player and someone who has access to a drum set and/or can play. I think that's all for now. I'll give you more details on stuff monday on aim.

okey dokey! Yea I just finished my registration, so I will check it out as soon as I'm done here!

Unfortunately, I have no instrumental knowledge other than basic piano, guitar, clarinet, and flute, but I have been singing since before I can remember. I took dance when I was younger, but haven't in quite some time. And I've been singing in public with choruses and solos for a long time as well. Right now I'm still in Pinellas county, so getting over to Tampa before I move is going to be limited due to the astronomical gas prices. Let me know what genres and such you'd like to hear and I could try and make a demo for you. I look forward to hearing from you Monday!
