Stupid cold....

gimmick_gameWell, last night I came down with a cold. Knocked me down so bad I couldn't go to class today, which really upset me, considering I missed a quiz in Japanese. I stayed in bed most of the day and then B came over and made me some Lipton Noodle Soup, which helped.
When I was feeling a bit better (the medicine had kicked in) We went to go visit Kyle at Chick-fil-a, but he wasn't there, and then went to Target to visit teh Bekah (and to buy notecards).
Ended up finding 2 really sweet looking fountain pens, both silver with green knots on them, very Celtic looking, I <3 them muchly. B got the other one, so we have matching fountain pens now, doubt he will be able to work one though... lol, he's not as skilled in the pen arts as I am.
Really want to get back to sewing, but I have to wait until I get a job to get a new sewing machine, since my mom would pitch a fit if she saw I bought one with my loan money. *sweatdrops*
Going tomorrow to the Embassy Suites on campus to apply for a job, possibly in reservations or the front desk. They seem to pay very well, it's close, and the hours seem to be very flexible. *crosses fingers* I really would like to get this job.
Bought some of that Zicam stuff so hopefully this cold will be gone fairly soon...*hopes*
I only have Liberal Arts Math and Japanese tomorrow, and I have to drive teh Bekah to work, but the rest of the time will be spent either applying at the hotel or studying... yay....
