Desktop like woah

gimmick_gameset up my new desk today and realized there is no easy way to place my laptop on it without having 6ft long arms to type, so we took BJ's desktop from his dorm and set it up here. This is a lot better now since we both study most of the time here since it's quieter and more room than his dorm, and so now we have two computers. Plus I'm stealing his hard drive for my downloads...cus I'm mean like that. My lappy for all it's love and coolness has only 20gig HD. Which means I have to burn stuff almost as soon as it's done downloading. Only problem is we left the power cord for the speakers at his dorm and forgot to get it tonight after eating at Andros, so I have no sound at the moment. Which really sucks cus I wanna listen to w-inds on decent speakers and I also finished downloading Hyde's new single and the NANA soundtrack... I WANT TO LISTEN!!! Grumble.... Anywho. We'll get it set up tomorrow, as long as the cord is actually in his room. I'm not so sure it is.
My desk is pretty wobbly since I got it at Big Lots and therefore one of the legs didn't screw in properly (the threads are all weird and my widdle hands couldn't turn it right) So I'm going to hit up Home Depot or Lowes this weekend and buy some brackets to anchor it to the wall. It's fairly top heavy anyway with my printer up top, so this is a good idea, especially with Rukia running around like a maniac (soooo taking the catnip away... -_-)
Anywho, I'll be doing homework and studying all weekend, and finishing my hogwarts robes for friday. I bought the patterns for Kaname today (found a much better pleated skirt pattern in McCall's and a base blouse pattern I can modify).
I guess that's all for now, gotta get through 2 more chapters before I go to bed, but it's easy stuff, the 4 chapters the test is on are all Voting, Weighted Voting, Fair Share, and Apportionment, all basically Social math, so it's just easy stuff. So glad this is the only math course other than Stat I have to take. The real issue is that this test is at 8am....Rukia is getting locked out of my room tonight (for the past week she's been waking us up all night by attacking feets and such.)
