Fun Times!

gimmick_gameWent to Howl-O-Scream last night with Ken and Lilly and met up with MK for a bit. It was a blast! I've never been to a Howl-O-Scream type even before and it was a ton of fun. We got to see 2 really cool shows (the Haunt Me Baby One More Time was the best) and 2 awesome houses. The Freaks one was just creapy, with this weird tunnel that bout made me puke, and lots of clowns. MK's Afterhours house was the best. The line was a little long, but nothing too bad, and it was really nice out, so we wern't dying of heat. I had trouble seeing in Afterhours and had to be drug along at one point, but other than that, it freaked the hell out of me! MK's costumes (the ones I could see when I wasn't being terrorized XD) were the best. And yes, it really is the "Hot Topic" house. XD. It was great hanging out with Lilly, Ken, and MK, even if my allergies were trying to kill me all night. I might go one more time before it's over, but I don't know. Even with my passport it's still $30. I might just go to Busch Gardens sometime this week since it's been a long time since I just went to the park, and I need to enjoy my passport, since I missed out all summer on Adventure Island as well.
Didn't get much accomplished earlier today. Slept in late, didn't go to my mom's like planned, and vegged on the couch while my head was full of crap. I studied for my Japanese Midterm tomorrow, and went to dinner with B at Bennigan's. It was good, but I didn't eat much. Filled up on those stupid wonderful rolls...grumble. Got home and had an urge to carve pumpkins, so I ended up carving 2 of my 3 pumpkins. The first one I made into a wizard's hat, the second one a flying witch with a moon and stars (ended up only carving 2 of the stars cus the pumpkin was a total bitch). The first one yeilded quite a few seeds, but the second one filled up an entire zip lock bag! It was crazy, I'm going to be eating pumpkin seeds for a freaking year!
Bekah and Kyle came by to see the pumpkins, and we all agreed that we think my cat is pregnant. She's gained a lot of weight very quickly, and it feels like she has kittens. I need to take her for her follow up shots this week, so I'm going to call tomorrow and make an appointment, and also see if she's pregnant at the same time. If she is, who wants a kitten or two? I can't keep them, we have a two pet limit at my place. Whatever kittens I can't find homes for will have to be taken to the Humane Society (if I can find the Hillsborough County one) which doesn't put animals down. Hopefully they will find homes there. That makes this the SECOND cat I have found and adopted that was pregnant. Hopefully she follows the path of my other cat with only having 3 kittens. She's a pretty small cat, so I'm not expecting a huge litter out of her. I'll keep you all updated if she is. (Hey Lilly, she's a short hair, her kittens might not bug Ken's allergies! *wink wink!*)
Guess that's all for now, I have an 8 am class so I need to hit the hay. Talk to you all later!
